1. Download first of MFR Data
2. Extract the file. Exe into a folder.
3. Log into your Blogger.
4. Then headed "Draft".
5. Check the "Expand Widget Templates"
6. In the Backup / Restore Template, choose browse.
7. Take the file "Chibi Transparent V. 1.0" and upload.
8. If no Notice select the "Preserve" and finish.
